Leigh had trailed 16-2, but Rob Jackson's try eight minutes from time allowed Neil Turley to complete the comeback with a nerveless touchline conversion. Abram said: "The lads never gave up. All the hard work we have put in has paid dividends. I am proud of every one of them."
A Brett Dallas try six minutes from time helped Wigan - missing seven first-team regulars through injury - to win 21-15 at Hull. In last night's other game, Huddersfield recorded a 26-12 home victory over Salford.
