Hull's Radford to learn fate for derby play-off

Your support makes all the difference.The Hull forward Lee Radford could be ruled out of the biggest game on Humberside for years when he faces a disciplinary hearing today, but Leeds' Ryan Bailey has been cleared.
Radford (below) was sent off in the 10th minute of the two clubs' match on Saturday after aiming a volley of punches at Bailey. The Hull coach, Richard Agar, later claimed that Bailey had provoked the reaction by striking Radford twice with his elbow.
A review of the video evidence, however, has left the controversial Bailey, who suffered a badly cut head in the incident, with no case to answer. Radford, on the other hand, will miss the play-off against Hull KR this Saturday if he is suspended. The former Hull captain turned down Rovers last week to re-sign with the club.
"If ever there was a case for sending off being sufficient, this is it," Agar said. "We've already played for a whole game without him and that was instrumental in us losing."
The RFL is waiting for reports on two instances of supporters intruding on the field during the Hull-Leeds match before deciding whether to launch a formal investigation. A man was removed from the pitch in the first half, but in a more serious incident an intruder pushed the Leeds winger Scott Donald late in the match.
That will cause particular concern this week, with a capacity crowd expected at the KC Stadium on Saturday for the derby in the first round of the Super League play-offs.
Crusaders, whose eighth place takes them to Huddersfield on Saturday, are expected to announce the departure of Brian Noble this week, with Iestyn Harris taking over as head coach.
Wigan's Sam and Joel Tomkins have become the first pair of brothers to be selected in the Super League Dream Team, based on performances this season. The England internationals are among four Wigan players to earn selection – the biggest representation from any club. St Helens and Warrington both have three players in the side, with the Wolves' captain, Adrian Morley, becoming the first man to be voted into the line-up in three different decades.
Widnes, knocked out of the Championship play-offs at Barrow on Sunday, have signed the Leigh second-rower MacGraff Leuluai and Hull KR's half-back Chas I'Anson for next season.
