Carberry, 31, was charged with engaging in threatening, abusive or insulting behaviour. Judge Patrick Brady adjourned the case to 18 October. When asked outside the courtroom about the incident, Carberry denied that drink was involved and said: "It was an accident. It wasn't a joke."
