Five-time Olympic champion Ryan Lochte faces an absence from the swimming pool after colliding with a fan.

Reports in the United States said Lochte encountered an excited fan in Florida who ran at him.The 29-year-old caught her, only to topple over and bash his knee, resulting in medial cruciate ligament and anterior cruciate ligament damage.
