Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly interested in Chelsea's Brazilian playmaker Oscar, and considering a £40m offer for the 22-year-old, with the club's captain and Oscar's international team-mate Lucas Moura claiming he is "rare talent".

But Oscar is not the only Blues' midfielder on PSG's radar, with the Parisian's midfielder Yohan Cabaye, recently acquired from Newcastle, admitting that Eden Hazard was one of the best players he played against in the Premier League.

The teams meet, of course, in the Champions League quarter-final next week.

Moura has said that someone like Oscar would fit right into the Ligue 1 leaders.

"Oscar is a very good player," said Moura. "A rare talent in today's football, given his qualities. He is very complete and is very smart. We need someone like him at PSG.

"I think he would help us a lot. The more quality players there are, the better it is for the squad. Also, he's a very good friend of mine. I would be very happy if he came to PSG, the club too."

Cabaye was full of praise for Hazard, claiming he would love to play alongside him: "Hazard is the player I'd like to see at PSG. He would do a lot of good to Paris and the league. He's one of the best players against whom I've played."
