Your support makes all the difference.Leicester City have been denied permission to speak to the Milton Keynes Dons manager Paul Ince about the vacant managerial position at the Walkers Stadium. The club's chairman, Milan Mandaric, made an official approach to the Dons owner, Pete Winkelman, last week with regards to his manager succeeding Ian Holloway. A statement release by the Dons read: "Following discussions between the chairman and Paul Ince, it has been decided that Paul will not be pursuing the opportunity at Leicester City. The club is committed to keeping the hottest young manager in English football."
Miller moves back to Ibrox
Kenny Miller has completed his move from Derby County to Rangers, signing a three-year deal at Ibrox. The Scotland striker passed a medical yesterday and will link up with former international coaches Walter Smith and Ally McCoist, the Rangers management team. The 28-year-old is embarking on his second spell with the club and is the first man to rejoin Rangers following a spell with Celtic.
Murphy stays at Craven Cottage
Fulham midfielder Danny Murphy has signed a contract which will keep him at Craven Cottage until June 2009, and the 31-year-old has an option of a further year. Formerly with Tottenham and Liverpool, Murphy played a pivotal part in the Cottagers' fight against relegation and scored the goal in the final-day win against Portsmouth which saw the club escape the drop thanks to superior goal difference.
Ramsey seals Emirates switch
Arsenal have completed the signing of Cardiff's midfielder Aaron Ramsey, 17, "on a long-term contract for an undisclosed fee". "He is a young player who has shown huge potential," said Arsène Wenger. "He has already shown he is a very intelligent and mature player with great quality."
