The 23-year-old playmaker has grabbed 11 goals and assisted 16 this season for the Bundesliga side, with Louis van Gaal reportedly lining up a shock £30m bid in the summer.
He said: "Football is much about money. Wolfsburg is not yet like Bayern Munich, of course.
"And my biggest ambition is to come out for a big European club. One I can win trophies with. As much trophies as possible."
Brazilian defender Danilo has reportedly turned down a new contract at Porto in a development which has put Liverpool and Manchester United on red alert.
Danilo, who is also being tracked by Real Madrid, has won 11 caps for his country but is eyeing a move to England, according to the Daily Mirror.
Tottenham winger Aaron Lennon is keen to seal a permanent move to Everton in the summer following his loan move from White Hart Lane in January.
According to the London Evening Standard, it is unlikely the Spurs man has a future in North London after falling out of favour under head coach Mauricio Pochettino. The £7m asking price, however, may prove to be too steep for Everton to afford.
Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal has not spoken to goalkeeper David de Gea 'for months' after rumours circulated last year that the Spaniard wanted to move to Real Madrid.
As suggested in today's Manchester Evening News, following reports in Spain, the United star has a 'poor relationship' with the former Barcelona and Bayern Munich boss.
Raheem Sterling is finally nearing a new contract at Liverpool after months of uncertainty around the England winger's future.
The Daily Mirror report that Sterling believes he is at the right place to aid his development, with Reds boss Brendan Rodgers prepared to give young players a chance in the first team.
Finally, West Ham midfielder Mark Noble appears poised to sign a new contract at Upton Park, according to ESPN.
The 27-year-old's future was in doubt during the January transfer window with both West Brom and Queens Park Rangers making enquiries for him.
