Tottenham have apparently agreed a fee with Lyon for top summer target Tanguy Ndombele.

The two clubs have been locked in intense negotiations over the last month with a club-record figure of £55m plus add ons finally now set, according to The Guardian.

Personal terms have not been agreed, however, with some talk that Manchester United may swoop in.

Spurs remain confident that they will get a deal done.

The push for Giovani Lo Celso continues with Mundo Deportivo reporting that Real Betis have finally set a fee.

They say Tottenham must pay £67million if they want the Argentine international with Christian Eriksen's exit potentially freeing up the funds to make a deal happen.

Jack Clarke's move is edging closer but fans won't see him for a little while.

Clarke was a standout performer during Leeds’ push for promotion last year is set to return there on loan next season too.

Meanwhile Spurs have been offered the chance to sign Malcom, should they wish, with AS reporting that Arsenal are also interested in Barcelona's forgotten man.

Elsewhere, the Daily Mail have reported that Spurs are closing in on long-term target Ryan Sessegnon, with the club confident a deal can finally be done for the 19-year-old this summer.

Spurs are also ready to challenge rivals West Ham for the signing of Celta Vigo striker Maxi Gomez, according to El Desmarque.

According to Onda Cero, a potential move for Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos could still materialise, but the 22-year-old would prefer to move to Spurs on loan, rather than be sold by his parent club

Spurs are also one of a number of clubs who are interested in highly rated West Brom winger Rekeem Harper, who is out of contract at the start of July.

Birmingham Live reports that Spurs would like to loan Harper back to the Midlands club to gain experience.

Youngster Luke Amos has swapped north London for west with QPR agreeing a season-long loan deal.
