The 21-year-old full-back agreed a five-year deal at White Hart Lane. He made his debut for the Swans as a 19-year-old in August 2012 and quickly established himself as first-choice left-back and has gone on to earn a number of call-ups to the Wales squad.
Michel Vorm - Undisclosed from Swansea
Vorm switched from Swansea despite Hugo Lloris signing a new contract. A part of the Netherlands' World Cup squad, the 30-year-old signed a four-year deal.
Eric Dier - £4m from Sporting Lisbon
The England Under-21 player was born in Cheltenham but moved to Portugal at the age of 10. He's now back in his home country having made 30 appearances for Sporting Lisbon. He made an immediate impact, scoring an injury time winner in Tottenham's first game of the season.
DeAndre Yedlin - Undisclosed from Seattle Sounders
Having impressed at the World Cup with the USA, Tottenham signed DeAndre Yedlin on a four-year contract before sending him straight back on loan with Seattle. The 21-year-old plays at right-back.
