The 33-year-old left-back is out of contract at Manchester United this summer, and although the club could take up the option of offering him another season, the Frenchman has reportedly decided that he will leave Old Trafford.
Talks over a two-year deal have already begun between Evra's Italian representative and Federico Pastorello and the Juventus directors.
Fellow Serie A side Inter Milan, who have signed Evra's former team-mate Nemanja Vidic, have also expressed an interest in signing the full-back.
With Evra set to depart, United will reportedly bring in Southampton's 18-year-old Luke Shaw, with the club hoping to tie up a £27m deal for the England player before the start of the World Cup.
Evra joined United from AS Monaco in 2006, and made 378 appearances for the club, winning 10 major honours.
