Former Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner has been struggling to find a new club this summer but the free agent is still working hard as he looks to secure a new contract.

The 26-year-old has posted a number of videos and pictures to his Instagram account that show the Dane in training with his friends.

He has previously posted pictures of playing cage football in America as well as running through a ladder and doing shooting practice.

Bendtner has been linked with moves to Crystal Palace and Aston Villa this summer, as well as to clubs across Europe, but it is believed his wage demands are turning potential suitors off.

Bendtner may have taken his inspiration from Owen Hargreaves - after the often-injured Manchester United midfielder was released he posted fitness videos to YouTube and was eventually signed by rivals Manchester City.

Bendtner said: "Excellent training today. #withmyboys #aimhigh #letitfly #sorefeet"

The Dane scored just twice in 12 matches last season for Arsenal.
