He told a Serbian newspaper that the Anfield move would ruin his son, 19.
"I will not let them ruin my child,’ Grujic is quoted as telling Serbian paper Blic.
"His passport is with me and I pronounce that Marko is not going anywhere.
"He became champion of the world, is on track to win the title with the red-whites, it is logical that his price per year will get even bigger."
Grujic Jnr has yet to represent Serbia in a full international and could be Jurgen Klopp's first signing as Liverpool manager.
Liverpool are next in action against league leaders Leicester City on Boxing Day.
