The Spanish giants are reportedly interested in adding the young Belgian to their stellar squad but United have told them that Januzaj is not for sale at any price.
The 19-year-old signed a long-term contract at Old Trafford last winter after a fantastic start to his debut season in the Premier League, where he established himself as one of United's key players.
Januzaj is currently at the World Cup in Brazil with Belgium, but he has yet to feature for them in this tournament, sitting on the bench for Tuesday's win over Algeria.
The youngster will be hoping that he will can impress new boss Louis Van Gaal as he looks to establish himself as a first-team regular next season.
