Big reunion...

Inter Milan manager Roberto Mancini has today confirmed that he plans to raid his former team Manchester City and sign their captain Yaya Toure in the summer.

"Yaya is one of the strongest players in the world," Mancini, who managed Toure at City between 2010 and 2013, told Italian newspaper Il Giornale. "He still is.

"He has played in so many teams. He has been in leagues in Belgium, Russia, Spain and England. Italy is the one missing. This could be the right opportunity for him to come and try.

"We are building a team. There are players that change the look of a team, and Yaya is one of them.

"Next year we could try. We need to bring three champions, and we will see that we will be ready to fight for the Scudetto."

Sinclair on the move again...

Scott Sinclair has reportedly passed a medical ahead of a proposed loan move to Aston Villa which would see the 25-year-old move to Birmingham until the end of the season.

Sinclair, who moved to City, from Swansea in 2012, but spend last season on loan at West Brom.

A move to Aston Villa would be the eighth loan deal of his career.

City given Pogba hope...

City have been given a boost in their quest to sign Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba, with his agent, Mino Raiola hinting that the much-coveted 21-year-old will leave the Italian club.

Pogba's former team, Manchester United, plus Barcelona and Chelsea are all reportedly interested.

"As dad taught me, I say, it is better to sell and regret it rather than not sell and then later regret it," Raiola told Gazzetta dello Sport.

"If you do not sell Pogba, then you have no money to make a team with which can win the Champions League.

"If you want to keep him, you have to make a team so strong that Pogba will continue to grow, but if you sell him you don't have the money to do it. "
