Liverpool are linked with a move for Spanish teenager Dani Ceballos.
The 19-year-old, who plays for Real Betis, has made two appearances for the Spanish Under-21 side and was a key part of the Betis side that was promoted back to the Spanish top flight last season, scoring five goals in 33 matches.
According to Diario de Sevilla, Liverpool have offered Ceballos a deal that includes a £1.1million yearly salary (approx. £20,000-a-week) and a house and car.
The Spanish newspaper doesn't state how much he might cost to bring to Anfield but add that Arsenal and Roma have been scouting the teenager.
Ceballos was a key part of the Spain Under-19 side that beat Russia this summer to win the European Championships this summer; he started the final.
Brendan Rodgers has spent more than £60million this summer to bring seven players to the club, including James Milner, Roberto Firmino, Nathaniel Clyne and Chrisitan Benteke.
