Liverpool have been persistently linked with Abdulkadir Omur in the opening days of the January transfer window, though a move for 'the Turkish Messi' is unlikely.

The Trabzonspor winger has talked up the possibility of moving to Anfield, recently describing Liverpool as "one of the greatest" clubs in the world.

However, Jürgen Klopp is satisfied with the options in his squad for the second half of the season and is not currently hoping to add to his first-team squad this month.

Ahmet Agaoglu, the Trabzonspor president, has now corroborated this stance, telling beIN Sports that Liverpool have not made a concrete offer for the 19-year-old.

Meanwhile, reports in Italy suggest Calgiari's Nicolo Barella is attracting interest from Anfield.

Inter, Napoli, Roma, Milan and Chelsea are also keeping tabs on the 21-year-old midfielder, according to Tuttomercatoweb.

However, the wealth of midfield options at Klopp's disposal makes any move for Barella unlikely, and outgoings are set to make up to main business at Anfield this month.

Rafael Camacho made his Liverpool debut in Monday night's FA Cup third round defeat to Wolves, but the young winger appears ready to move out on loan just a few days later.

As reported by the Daily Mail, Camacho is nearing a return to his native Portugal with Sporting, his former club, where he will stay until the end of the season.

The 18-year-old joined Liverpool three years ago after leaving Manchester City's academy and is one of the Kirby academy's highly-rated prospects.
