At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

Your support makes all the difference.Kyle Lafferty, Norwich’s forgotten man, is being heavily courted by Leeds United.
To bolster The Peacocks’ frontline, the Northern Irish forward is deemed the player to do so as Steve Evans, Leeds United’s head coach, tries to bring in suitable recruitments this January.
Leeds want to take Lafferty on a six-month loan period with a view to permanently sign him for the 2016/17 campaign.
However, Norwich City are reluctant to agree to those terms set by Evans as they see Lafferty as surplus to requirements and would prefer to sell outright.
Leeds United aren’t the only team interested in Lafferty’s services. Italian side Palmero and Red Star Belgrade from Serbia are attempting to lure the out-of-form striker away from Carrow Road.
The Norwich man hasn’t had much luck breaking into the first-tear under Alex Neil this season, with 14 minutes in the Premier League and a run out in the Capital One Cup.
