Gareth Bale's agent has rubbished speculation linking the Real Madrid forward with a transfer to Manchester United in an astonishing swap deal with Angel Di Maria.
It was reported at the weekend that Carlo Ancelotti was keen to bring the Argentine winger Di Maria back to La Liga.
Bale joined Real for a world-record £86m from Tottenham only last year, but it was claimed that he could be part of a straight swap between with Di Maria. His representative, David Manasseh, has sought to deny the reports.
"It is not true that Gareth wants to return to the Premier League," Manasseh told Calciomercato.
"Everything is going well for him at Madrid and he wants to continue to wear the Real Madrid jersey.
"These rumours about a swap with United are absolute rubbish."
