The mercurial Portuguese winger has been strongly linked with a return to United, where he enjoyed six glorious years between 2003 and 2009.
Ronaldo eventually left United to join Real in a then-world record £80m deal in July 2009. He has since scored an incredible 264 goals in 254 matches in all competitions for the Spanish giants, including his four in the 5-1 victory over Elche last night.
"It's all speculation, speaking about my future … My future is Madrid. I'm happy," he told reporters after the game.
"The season is going well and I'm not talking about my future, it doesn't make sense."
Ronaldo had been previously quoted speaking of his desire to play for United "one day", with further reports claiming that he is upset at Real because he is no longer the highest paid player in the world.
