Douglas Costa says it would be a "dream" to play for Chelsea, after reports emerged that the Blues had made a £16m bid for the Shakhtar Dontesk forward.
"It would be a dream to go to Chelsea and is a unique chance for me," the Brazilian was quoted as saying. "I have been at Shakhtar for five years and think it's time (to go). I will try to negotiate."

The Blues have had a £23m offer accepted by Fiorentina for their midfielder Juan Cuadrado, according to the Daily Express.
The Independent reported this week that the Colombian is Chelsea's No 1 priority in this transfer window.
Roma not Salah dodgers..
Roma are closing in on a deal for Chelsea winger Mohamed Salah on a season-long loan until the end of the season, according to reports.
The Italian side hope to take on the player on loan for the next 18 months, before completing a permanent deal in the summer of 2016.
Pantic denies deal...
Partizan Belgrade midfielder Danilo Pantic has insisted that he has not signed an agreement to join Chelsea.
Reports emerged that Chelsea had planned to sign the 18-year-old, but he says that a deal is not close.
"I have been the talk of the town lately, but I know I didn't sign anything with Chelsea," Pantic was quoted as saying to Partizan's website.
"They showed interest, but no concrete deal was signed.
"I am still a Partizan player and I still have five more months left on my contract."
