Yannick Carrasco has re-emerged as a target with Chinese side Dalian Yifang demanding £25m for the Belgian. The winger has repeatedly expressed his desire to return to Europe after leaving Atletico Madrid for China in February 2018.
Arsenal have reportedly had a £43m double swoop for Sampdoria pair Joachim Andersen and Dennis Praet rejected, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, who claim the Gunners must increase their offer by a further £6m.
Ryan Fraser continues to be linked with Arsenal, with the Bournemouth winger entering the last year of the contract, and the player himself said he’s not sure where his next destinations will be.
“The lads have been asking,” Fraser told BBC Scotland. “I don’t know myself so there’s no point thinking about it, wherever I’ll be, I’ll be. I don’t know what is happening. I’m not just saying that.
L’Equipe claim Arsenal have enquired over a possible move for French Fiorentina midfielder Jordan Veretout, who has also attracted interest from Napoli, Roma and Sevilla.
Meanwhile, Turkish website Fanatik report that Arsenal have bid £12m for Club Brugge striker Emmanuel Dennis. The Gunners do not appear to be in immediate need of a striker, however, Alexandre Lacazette has attracted interest from Barcelona and Atletico Madrid, while Danny Welbeck left the club on a free transfer.
Lucas Torreira is reportedly attracting interest from AC Milan while Everton have leapfrogged Arsenal in the race to sign £30m-rated Djene Dakonam from Getafe and Manchester United are now favourites to sign highly touted defender William Saliba.
The £6.5m transfer of Gabriel Martinelli from Ituano looks to be nearing completion, however, the 17-year-old forward may well be loaned out.
