From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging.

At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

Lille midfielder Eden Hazard is proud to be a reported target of Inter Milan.

The Belgium international has reportedly attracted interest from top European clubs, including Serie A giants Inter, Real Madrid, Chelsea and Arsenal.

Hazard was instrumental in Lille winning the French league and the French Cup last season and was voted the Ligue 1's Player of the Year by his fellow professionals.

"Inter is a fantastic squad," Hazard told Corriere dello Sport.

"They have great champions. If you play for a club like Inter you have to be considered a top player.

"Of course the interests of top clubs can only please me.

"When a great club like Inter that has won so much wants me, this can only make me proud."

The 20-year-old insists, however, that he will not make a decision regarding his future until the end of the season.

"For the time being I'm not thinking about the future," Hazard said.

"My focus is on Lille. It's my agent that takes care of negotiations."

Hazard is under contract with Lille until June 2015.
