The visitors took the lead through Georgios Samaras after 21 minutes and looked in for a comfortable afternoon.
However, 10 minutes later Hoops' captain Gary Caldwell was sent off for a last-man tackle in the box on Jamie Mole, with Jambos' captain Michael Stewart scoring from the spot.
Despite being a man short, the Parkhead side bossed the game but in the 76th minute Bouzid headed a David Templeton cross past Artur Boruc to leave the visitors stunned and trailing the leaders Rangers by four points.
Walter Smith's side thrashed Motherwell 6-1 on Saturday to continue their impressive scoring run, making it 15 goals in four consecutive league wins. The rejuvenated DaMarcus Beasley was on target for the second game running and both Kenny Miller and Kyle Lafferty struck doubles, with Kris Boyd rounding out the scoring.
Hibernian extended their unbeaten run to 12 matches, beating a 10-man Aberdeen at Pittodrie thanks to an Anthony Stokes double. Hibs are now a single point behind Celtic in third.
At the other end of the table, bottom side Falkirk moved within a point of Kilmarnock thanks to Ryan Flynn, who scored direct from a corner to secure a 2-1 win at Rugby Park.
