- Bertrand Traore opened the scoring with a stunning goal but Mame Biram Diouf pounced on a Thibaut Courtois error to equalise

Everton 2 West Ham United 3

- Everton had led 2-0 but after going down to 10 men, and missing a penalty, West Ham fought back with Dmitri Payet scoring a late winner

Manchester City 4 Aston Villa 0

- More misery for bottom side as Sergio Aguero scores twice in easy City victory

- Steve McClaren finds himself under even more pressure after a terrible home defeat to the Cherries

Southampton 1 Sunderland 1

- Jermain Defoe scored 10 minutes from the end for the Black Cats to think they had beaten 10-men Southampton, but Virgil van Dijk scored a late equaliser

Swansea City 1 Norwich City 0

- Gylfi Sigurdsson scored the only goal of the game to give the Swans crucial breathing room at the bottom of the table
