While the pre-match talk from Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger hinted that the veteran Sweden midfielder Kim Kallstrom could finally make his debut for the Gunners, he has not been included in the match-day squad to face Tottenham this afternoon.

Kallstrom signed for the club on transfer deadline day in January, despite a back injury. Mikel Artea and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will start as the Gunner's central midfielder pairing, with Tomas Rosicky and Luaks Podolski the wide men. Kieran Gibbs returns at left-back.

Tottenham: Lloris, Naughton, Kaboul, Vertonghen, Rose, Sandro; Townsend, Bentaleb, Eriksen, Chadli, Adebayor.

Subs: Friedel, Walker, Lennon, Paulinho, Sigurdsson, Kane, Soldado.

Arsenal: Szczesny, Sagna, Koscielny, Mertesacker, Gibbs, Arteta, Rosicky, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Podolski, Cazorla, Giroud.

Subs: Fabianski, Monreal, Vermaelen, Jenkinson, Flamini, Gnabry Sanogo
