Your support makes all the difference.Stoke City confirmed last night that defender Marc Wilson suffered a broken leg during their 0-0 draw with Sunderland on Saturday.
The Ireland international was taken to hospital after falling early in the second half.
"Marc will be out for a while, but we are not sure at this stage for how long," said manager Tony Pulis, who also praised his team's tough style.
Swansea City also suffered an injury setback at the weekend with goalkeeper Michel Vorm being ruled out for between six and eight weeks after rupturing his groin in the 1-0 loss to Manchester City. The Dutch international suffered the injury trying to keep out Carlos Tevez's winner just after the hour.
He was replaced by Gerhard Tremmel in what was his second Premier League appearance.
"It's a big blow for us because Michel is a very good goalkeeper who has been playing well," said Swansea's manager, Michael Laudrup. "But that is part of football."
