Robbie Savage risks wrath of John Terry after labelling the Chelsea captain 'awful'

Former Wales international Savage made the comment in the aftermath of Chelsea's 2-1 defeat at the King Power Stadium, a match in which Terry was substituted in a tactical shake-up after 53 minutes. According to the pundit, the reigning Premier League champions looked a better side without their captain on the pitch.
Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez were on target for Leicester before Loic Remy scored what was to be just a late consolation goal.
"You've got to know the players you're playing against," Savage said on Radio 5 Live.
"Mahrez, for instance, gets the ball and goes on his left foot. You know he's going to whip it in.
"You've got to get closer to him. I've never seen him go down the line and cross with his right foot.
"Zouma can see Vardy for the first goal. He watches him. Terry's got his back to play.
"I'm going to criticise John Terry again because he's the captain of that team and they looked a better side when he went off.
"If he wants to question me again I don't really care because tonight he was awful once again."
Earlier this year Terry called out Savage, saying he found it difficult to take criticism from a player that had only played at a "really bad player".
"I've come under criticism individually from certain players, individuals I've looked up to and played alongside," Terry said.
"I'll take that on the chin 100 per cent from the likes of Rio, Carra and Neville; we're talking about the very best I've come across in the game.
"I'll sit there, listen, take it all in and try to improve. I don't take that in a negative way.
"When certain other people speak, maybe not, maybe I don't listen or take it on the chin from players who haven't had a career or have played at a really bad level and then come for me after what I've achieved in my career... Robbie Savage being one.
"He's dug me out a couple of times. I'll take it all day long from the very best but other people, nah."
Chelsea's defeat to Leicester was their ninth of the season and left them just a point above the relegation zone. Their next match is at home to Sunderland on Sunday.
