With seven points between them and safety, Nigel Pearson will know that a home win against his former employers on Saturday is crucial if his side are to have any hope of surviving this season.

Robert Koren’s 88th minute curler ruined Nigel Pearson’s return to the KC Stadium just 18 days after he left the club for a second spell as Leicester manager. Paul Konchesky’s leveller looked to have won a point for the visitors after Matty Fryatt had given the hosts the lead from the spot, but the Slovenian midfielder would provide the sting in the tail for his former boss.
