What a time to be alive

Football fans, rejoice! We have been blessed.
The powers that be have bestowed us with a gift, a mighty, glorious, spherical-shaped gift. Yes, you gussed correct. Sixteen days of live, top-flight football, uninterrupted, back to back. In stunning HD!
What a time to be alive.
The Premier League kicks off this 16-day stretch on Saturday, running through to 11 Monday when Wolverhampton Wanderers take on Newcastle United. Oosh.
From there, attention turns to the Champions League on Tuesday night as Manchester United take on PSG in the first leg of their last-16 tie. #TheBigOne
The following evening sees Tottenham go up against Borussia Dortmund, while Ajax host Real Madrid at the Johan Cruyff Arena.
Then it's Arsenal and Chelsea's turn in the Europa League as the round of 32 gets underway. They face BATE Borisov and Malmo FF respectively.
After that, it's the FA Cup. Again! The competition runs through from 15 Friday to 18 Monday. Notable fixtures include Newport County's tie against Manchester City, with the plucky underdogs looking to claim another Premier League scalp, and Chelsea vs Manchester United.
The Cup makes way for the Champions League on 19 Tuesday, when Liverpool face Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena. Barcelona are also in action that night against Lyon.
Manchester take centre stage the following evening (20 Wednesday) when they face FC Schalke 04, while Atletico Madrid host Juventus in an absolute gem of a fixture.
The second leg of the Europa League round of 32 takes place on 21 Thursday, with Arsenal and Chelsea back in action.
And 24 Friday through to 24 Sunday sees the Premier League return to our screens, ending in the eagerly-anticipated clash between Manchester United and Liverpool.
It's a damn good thing then that subscription to Sky Sports and BT Sport is cheap as chips! Enjoy folks!
