A week after mocking Liverpool rival Steven Gerrard, Petr Cech has been at it again on Social media.

The long-serving Chelsea goalkeeper has lost his place as the Blues No 1 but he has managed to come out on top after being called out by a Manchester United fan.

Cech has seen young Belgian goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois win the race to become Jose Mourinho's first-choice at Stamford Bridge, with the 22-year-old starting both of Chelsea's Premier League matches so far.

The Czech keeper, who has kept more clean sheets than any other player for the club, got some abuse on his Twitter feed but came up trumps.

Twitter user @UtdBen_ asked the keeper "how's your friend courtois doing in goal fo Chelsea?"

Bearing in mind United have gathered one point from two poor performances so far in 2014-15, perhaps those living in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.

Cech's simple reply was rather brutal: "much better than the team you support..."

As with the Gerrard tweet his response was met with hilarity among certain fans and derision among United fans - this time his response gathered more than 11,000 retweets and counting.
