The Red Devils took the lead through Scott McTominay, but then blew the chance to double it when Rashford missed from the spot.
He would soon make amends, scoring two minutes later before Anthony Martial missed a second penalty for United before the break.
The Frenchman, like Rashford, put the miss behind him though, making the game safe with 17 minutes to go before Onel Hernandez’s late consolation.
