The Old Lady bagged the point they needed against Roma to beat Napoli - who saw off Sampdoria 2-0 on Sunday - to the Scudetto with a game to spare.
The draw completed the double and saw Juve celebrating in Rome again, having only won the Coppa Italia in the capital on Wednesday.
And there was even more reason for the team to celebrate as Allegri, who has now won four successive league and cup doubles at Juve, suggested he'd remain in charge next season despite interest from Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain.
"If they don't fire me, I see myself as staying at Juventus next year too," he said. "We have to congratulate Napoli, which kept pace with a great Juventus. It's hard to see these four years being repeated.
"I congratulate everyone who works for Juventus and the fans but the most credit goes to the players. With a team like this, with these men and these players, it's easier to achieve your targets."
It is a fifth title for Allegri having won four with Juve and one with AC Milan in 2010.
Roma also sealed a Champions League spot for next season and just need a point at Sassuolo on the final day next week to wrap up third spot and finish ahead of city rivals Lazio, thanks to their better head-to-head record.
Radja Nainggolan was dismissed for the hosts after collecting two yellow cards in five second-half minutes but they held on.
