Rashford hobbled off in the 86th minute of Sunday's FA Cup fourth round tie, with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer saying that the 23-year-old would have to undergo a scan.
Those scans did not reveal any major damage to Rashford's knee and Solskjaer confirmed that he is in contention to play against the Premier League's bottom club at Old Trafford on Wednesday night.
"Marcus is available. He trained this morning," Solskjaer said. "I think he tweaked his knee a little bit but he trained fine."
Solskjaer said that he does not have any other fresh injury concerns ahead of the visit of Chris Wilder's side, adding: "We're looking strong, which is a good place to be in."
