Manchester United and Wolverhampton Wanderers played out a goalless draw on Saturday night, as Bruno Fernandes made his Premier League debut.

Much is expected from the Portugal international, who signed for United from Sporting Lisbon for £47.7m this week.

He was picked to start in midfield for United and made an encouraging debut, even going close to scoring with a long-range free-kick that was well stopped by Wolves goalkeeper Rui Patrício.

But neither side could break the deadlock as both failed to further close the gap on fourth-place Chelsea.

Here are our player ratings.
