The midfielders line up against the Cherries as the Red Devils look to usurp Chelsea and take fourth place with a victory at Old Trafford.
Pogba and Fernandes’s fitness had been the source of speculation heading into the game.
But both players are included in United’s starting line-up in pursuit of a fourth successive victory.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer meanwhile has paid tribute to his side’s mentality in recent weeks.
“They’re fit and they’re confident,” Solskjaer said. “When you’re confident it’s so much easier to go into the next one feeling that little bit sharper.
“We’re getting fitter and fitter the more games we have now.
“I’ve just been impressed by the attitude and the mentality of everyone.”
