Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho refuses to give guarantee on Paul Pogba's future
Mourinho believes Pogba will stay but did not rule out a move as with David de Gea last month

Pogba has been the subject of transfer speculation since losing his automatic place in Mourinho’s side earlier this year.
The 25-year-old has since regained his starting spot but reports linking him with a move away from Old Trafford persist, with the latest suggesting that Paris Saint-Germain are weighing up the ‘feasibility’ of an offer.
Mourinho recently guaranteed that United’s player of the season David de Gea would not be sold this summer, insisting there was “no chance” of the goalkeeper joining long-standing suitors Real Madrid.
When asked to do the same for Pogba on Wednesday, the United manager offered no such assurances, instead only saying that he and the club want Pogba to stay.
“I think he’s going to be here next season,” the United manager said. “That’s my feeling.”
“I can give the guarantee that I don’t want him to leave, that the club doesn’t want to sell him and I can give you the guarantee that we don’t have any approach from him or his agent or from any club. In this moment for me, he’s staying, yes.”
Pogba joined United in the summer of 2016 in what was then a world-record breaking transfer, worth £89m.
The France international recently addressed speculation regarding his future on television in his native country, where he claimed he was only focused on performing well at United.
“I do not have any problem with Mourinho, I do not think he has either,” he told Canal+ last month. “He is the coach, he's going to make choices and I as a player, I accept them. That is all.
“For now I'm at Manchester United, I really only think about the present. Transfers are not in my head. You know, if I listened to everyone, I would be everywhere.”
