The Red Devils are switching kit manufacturer from next term which will see them ditch Nike for Adidas. The German sportswear brand will be keen to get noticed after paying £750m for a 10-year deal and they should have little trouble doing so judging by the glow-in-the-dark trim used on the leaked strip.
The kit will draw comparisons with the away strip worn by Chelsea during the 2010/11 season. The west London club are also sponsored by Adidas. The last time Manchester United wore a predominantly black third kit also came in the 2010/11 season.
The image appeared as a listing on auction website eBay, which boasts that the kit 'features a flashy red monochromatic club badge and a red Adidas Performance logo'.
