Manchester United begin a tricky run of fixtures following the international break with a game at Goodison Park against Everton.

With crucial Champions League games against CSKA Moscow, a Manchester derby and an away game against Crystal Palace on the horizon, Louis vsn Gaal will be desperate to get some points on the board and keep in touch with the pace setters.

The Dutchman will also be wary of the need to bounce back following the result against Arsenal prior to the international stoppage. His side put in a concerning performance at the Emirates that resulted in a 3-0 defeat and left many asking questions about what the season ahead has in store for Manchester United.

But if Van Gaal is to get a result this weekend he must do so without some key first team players. Here, we take a look at those who will miss the match, and others that will remain a doubt up until Van Gaal releases his team-sheet ahead of the 3pm kick-off on Saturday.

Manchester United's game against Everton is on Saturday at 3pm.
