United produced one of the worst performances of Louis van Gaal’s reign at the Vitality Stadium last December and succumbed to a 2-1 defeat in the process.
Mourinho, appointed as Van Gaal’s successor last month, will hope his side get off to a winning start at the seaside on 13 August.
The Portuguese coach’s first competitive game at Old Trafford will be against Southampton on 20 August, before another away trip to Hull City’s KC Stadium.
Mourinho will be reacquainted with his old foe Pep Guardiola early on, with the first Manchester derby of the season coming to Old Trafford on 10 September.
Leicester City, the reigning Premier League champions, visit on 24 September, just over a month after facing United in the Community Shield at Wembley.
Mourinho’s men travel to Anfield on 15 October and, the following weekend, he returns to Stamford Bridge to face his former employers Chelsea.
On 19 November, the Portuguese coach resumes hostilities with long-standing rival Arsène Wenger, who brings his Arsenal side to Old Trafford.
While his first competitive fixture will come in August, Mourinho will take charge of a United side for the first time on the club’s pre-season tour of China next month.
The tour begins with a friendly against Borussia Dortmund in Shanghai on 22 July, before a meeting with Guardiola’s Manchester City in Beijing on 25 July.
All Premier League fixture dates are subject to change in the event of live television broadcast.
