Vincent Kompany has been dropped to the bench for the visit of Leicester City.

The form of the usually reliable captain has been poor and Manuel Pellegrini has taken the decision to play Martin Demichelis and Ezequiel Mangala at the back instead.

Wilfried Bony starts in attack for the home side along with Sergio Aguero.

For Leicester, currently bottom of the Premier League, Kasper Schmeichel remains out of the side entirely despite nearing a return meaning Mark Schwarzer starts in goal.
