Manchester City completed their biggest home victory in a Manchester derby since 2004 with a 4-1 demolition of United at the Etihad Stadium.

Not since Sir Alex Ferguson's team were beaten by the same score by a team managed by Kevin Keegan have United suffered such a heavy loss.

Here, Press Association Sport looks at the City goals that did the damage on Sunday.

16 - SERGIO AGUERO. Samir Nasri holds the ball up for Aleksandar Kolarov, whose overlapping run is not tracked by Antonio Valencia. Kolarov's cross is met perfectly by Aguero, who fires home a first-time finish. 1-0.

45 - YAYA TOURE. Alvaro Negredo climbs highest to win a header from a Samir Nasri corner, flicking the ball down to Toure, who prods home with his knee from two yards having escaped the attentions of Marouane Fellaini. 2-0.

47 - SERGIO AGUERO. United are caught dozing straight after the re-start. Kolarov sends Alvaro Negredo running to the byline down the left. He clips a cross to the far post for an unmarked Aguero to finish first-time. 3-0.

50 - SAMIR NASRI. Now it is Jesus Navas who drives to the byline, surging down the right. He crosses to the far post and Nasri drives home. 4-0.
