Martial was forced off midway through Saturday’s 2-1 win over Watford with a knock while Lukaku, who has recently struggled with a foot injury, was an unused substitute.
Lindelof, meanwhile, was not included in the matchday squad due to “family issues”, according to manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
The centre-back withdrew from the Sweden squad last week after his wife Maja went into labour and said he had received threats from fans for his decision.
All three players are in contention to play at Molineux on Tuesday night, however, as Solskjaer confirmed at his pre-match press conference on Monday.
“Anthony and Romelu will both be ready for tomorrow, definitely” Solskjaer said. “Unless they break down in training today, but it looks good, yes.”
“Victor has had a good few days of training now so he’ll be ready,” he added.
“Apart from that, [Matteo] Darmian and Eric [Bailly] are still out. [Antonio] Valencia is still out and Alexis Sanchez is still out. But it’s a good strong squad.”
United have seven games remaining in the Premier League and are hoping to achieve a top-four finish, having been 11 points adrift on Solskjaer’s arrival in December.
