Jordan Henderson and Daniel Agger start for Liverpool in their final day clash with Newcastle that could see them crowned as Premier League champions.

Liverpool need to beat Newcastle and hope that West Ham can complete a surprise victory over Man City to claim the title.

Henderson comes back from suspension as Brendan Rodgers picks an attacking line-up with Raheem Sterling, Daniel Sturridge and Luis Suarez starting as the front three.

Mamadou Sakho and Lucas Leiva drop to the bench in the two changes from the team that drew 3-3 with Crystal Palace on Monday night. Phillip Coutinho is also on the bench.
