Jordan Henderson believes Liverpool's exertions in Hong Kong will serve team well in weeks to come
Liverpool beat Leicester in the final of the Premier League Asia Trophy on Saturday

Jordan Henderson believes Liverpool will “benefit” from the “difficult conditions” of their trip to Hong Kong during the remainder of pre-season and beyond.
Liverpool spent a week in the humid conditions of the city where they took part in the Premier League Asia Trophy, beating Leicester 2-1 in Saturday’s final.
Ahead of the tournament, Jurgen Klopp’s side took on Tranmere Rovers and Wigan Athletic and now travel to Berlin to face Hertha BSC as they continue their preparations for the new season.
And speaking to the club’s website, captain Henderson believes his side’s exertions in east China will serve the team well in the coming weeks.
"It's difficult conditions, very humid, but it's good for us because it's pre-season and we've got to get fit," he said.
"We'll benefit from that when we go back home. It'll give us that bit of confidence with how hard we've worked here in these conditions.
"We go back home happy, but [there's] still a lot of hard work to do."
He added: "It's a good start to pre-season; tough games against two good teams, two difficult teams to play against.
"Overall, we're pleased with the performances. Of course there's still things we need to improve on over the next few weeks, but we go home happy with what we've done here."
Henderson also praised Liverpool’s frontline performance against Leicester on Saturday, with Mohamed Salah and Philippe Coutinho clinching the deciding goals.

The England international added that Klopp now faces the difficult matter of picking his starting XI such is the variety of choice on offer to him.
"I thought the lads were brilliant in the first half, [we were] very attacking. [We scored] two great goals through Mo [Salah] and Phil [Coutinho]," he continued.
"We've got a big squad, a lot of good players, so it's difficult for the manager to choose a first XI."
