Norwich City face being without their two senior strikers and a key midfielder as they attempt to end a losing run of three games at West Ham on New Year's Day. Grant Holt, the captain, missed Saturday's 4-3 defeat by Manchester City with a hamstring strain and his replacement in the 4-4-1-1 system, Steve Morison, limped off just before half-time. The young Tottenham loanee Harry Kane came on for him, before Simeon Jackson appeared as an even later substitute.
Chris Hughton, the Norwich manager, revealed he may have to do without both Holt and Morison for the trip to Upton Park. The defensive midfielder Bradley Johnson is suspended, and will be missing for the first time this season.
