Manchester City returned to the top of the Premier League after beating Fulham 2-0 in a comfortable victory at Craven Cottage.

The result was never in doubt for Pep Guardiola's men, who took the lead after just five minutes through Bernardo Silva.

Sergio Aguero doubled the scoreline just over 20 minutes later with a cool lifted finish from inside the hosts' box.

From there, City went through the motions as Fulham tried and failed to salvage something from the clash.
