From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging.

At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

The Independent is trusted by Americans across the entire political spectrum. Manchester City will look to seize the initiative in the title race once more when they visit lowly Fulham.

Pep Guardiola’s men trail Liverpool by two points with a game in hand on the Reds, and the champions will be confident of making it 12 consecutive victories in all competitions.

Fulham meanwhile have collected a mere 17 points from 31 games, leaving them 13 points off safety.

The hosts have already gone down to Chelsea and Liverpool earlier this month, losing 2-1 on both occasions at the Cottage.

But Parker will hope that the spirited displays, albeit in patches, against both of those top-six displays could inspire them to an unlikely victory here to kickstart a potential survival bid.

Predicted line-ups

Fulham: Rico; Fosu-Mensah, Chambers, Ream, Bryan; Anguissa, Seri, Cairney; Babel, Mitrovic, Sessegnon

Manchester City: Ederson; Walker, Stones, Laporte, Danilo; Fernandinho, Gundogan, David Silva; Sterling, Aguero, Sane

Prediction…

Fulham 0-3 Manchester City

Man City could have four players returning from injury on Saturday, with John Stones, Kevin de Bruyne, Vincent Kompany and Benjamin Mendy all partaking in light training this week.

With no significant injuries suffered on international duty, numbers are coming back into Guardiola's squad at the right time and they will prove to be too strong for Fulham here.
