Feyenoord opened the scoring when Dirk Kuyt lobbed Edwin van der Sar after going one-on-one with the keeper. Andy Cole almost hit back immediately when his header crashed against the post and he put the rebound wide, before Collins John forced a fine save.
Fulham levelled after 21 minutes when Radzinski cut inside his marker and hit a fierce shot which deflected in off the goalkeeper Gabor Babos. Kuyt restored Feyenoord's lead from the penalty spot in the final minute of the first half after Ian Pearce had handled the ball.
After the break Radzinski turned provider when he flicked the ball over his marker to put Jensen through. Cole and John were constantly active and Sylvain Legwinski and Mark Pembridge both went close.
The Manchester City manager Kevin Keegan said Monaco "would need a lot of money" simply to get to the negotiating table over Nicolas Anelka.
The Monaco coach, Didier Deschamps, has admitted speaking to Anelka, while Keegan is likely to be told by the City board this week that there is no money for new signings.
"If I can't get the players, I will put the kids in," he said after City's 3-1 victory over Lazio on Saturday, "but I am still hopeful of making another couple of signings before the deadline."
