Always like going to Norwich because its a friendly atmosphere.

What improvements need to be made this season?

We need a combative central midfielder player.

Probably Mikael Forssell.

Aston Villa - of course!!

Which of your young players has impressed you?

Neil Kilkenny looked excellent for the Reserves side and earned rave reviews whilst on loan at Oldham.

Top six finish

How would you sum up your manager?

Been superb so far in getting us to The Premiership and keeping us there for three seasons.
