Your support makes all the difference.Oumar Niasse has become the first player to be suspended by the Football Association for diving following a controversial incident during Everton's 2-2 draw at Crystal Palace.
Everton will contest the two-game ban after the forward went down under minimal contact from Palace defender Scott Dann and was awarded a penalty, which Leighton Baines scored to level the game at 1-1.
On Tuesday the FA confirmed that Niasse had been charged with "successful deception of a match official" and an Independent Regulatory Commission was unanimous in its decision to ban the Senegalese.
After the game Dann said the referee had been "conned". "I don't like to see people getting punished but also I don't like people diving to win penalties. [Niasse] probably knows he has conned them.
"If there was [contact] it was minimal. I haven't tried to tackle him; he has gone past me and you can see on the replays he has dived. At half-time, [Taylor] probably knew he made the wrong decision.''
The 27-year-old will miss Everton's visit to Southampton on Sunday and the club's home match against West Ham United on 29 November.
